Management Team

Mr. Shaughnessy began at Company in 1969 when he was only 14 and has over 45 years packaging industry experience. While working at Triple P, he graduated Xaverian Brothers High School and attended Stonehill College. Mr. Shaughnessy oversees all operations of the Company. In his spare time, he sits on the board of Directors at the Skating Club of Boston and enjoys the beach, sports and traveling with family.

Mr. O’Connell began his career at Triple P in 1968 as an undergraduate at Stonehill College. He has served in nearly every capacity at the Company and has over 45 years of packaging industry experience. He currently manages the Triple P sales operation. Mr. O’Connell is a resident of Duxbury MA and enjoys golf and boating in his spare time.

Mr. Ferrini has over 35 years of experience in the packaging industry, having begun his career in 1977. Mr. Ferrini’s strengths include production & design and currently oversees all operations of the Brockton production facility. Mr. Ferrini is a proud resident of Raynham, MA and in his spare time enjoys golfing and the beach.

Mr. Kotchian is a retired former quality assurance rep (GS-12), having spent 37 years with the Defense Contract Management Agency. He is also a retired former aircraft ordnance systems mechanic (MSGT) with 4 years active service in the Air Force and 22 in the Mass. Air National Guard. Mr. Kotchian served his country honorably in Vietnam and currently oversees the Quality Assurance division of the Company. He is a resident of East Falmouth, MA, has seven grandkids and enjoys motorcycles, dancing and karaoke.

Ms. Verissimo has over 30 years of experience in packaging industry accounting and joined Triple P in 1987. Ms. Verissimo oversees the office, bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. She is a resident of Acushnet, MA and in her spare time enjoys the beach.

Mr. Doody began with Triple P almost 30 years ago, and throughout that time has served in a variety of positions and capacities. He currently manages the transportation and logistics of the Company. He is a resident of Brockton, MA “The City of Champions” and enjoys watching sports and playing softball.

Ms. Whalen has served with the Company for over 35 years and oversees the purchasing and customer service departments. She is a resident of Wareham, MA and enjoys cooking.

Ms. Martes joined Triple P in 2011 and serves as a Customer Service Representative. She is a resident of Brockton, MA, and enjoys travel and shopping.

Mr. Dow has been with Triple P for 28 years, and oversees the Foam production division of the company. He is a resident of Middleboro, MA and enjoys fishing and lobstering.
